Seed-Ex Incorporated was founded in 1992 as a part time seed brokerage company specializing in pedigreed seed, malt and feed barleys, and oilseeds. The company has grown by carving itself a niche in seed export and importing, and now employs 20 full time staff. Barnabè Grain Farms, Ltd. farms 4,500 acres specializing in pedigreed seeds, oil seeds and cereal grain crops.
As chairman of his community development corporation, Roger spearheaded a wireless high speed Internet service. The wireless Internet service has now been expanded to cover rural communities within a 30 mile radius. The wireless infrastructure project was achieved through a partnership between local business, major utility provider, a wireless provider, and the Community Development Corporation. The public high speed Internet was not scheduled for these communities until 2010.
Roger and his family reside in St. Germain, Manitoba, Canada. He is an avid jogger, enjoys swimming, skating and racket sports.

Greg is Vice-President of Destination Winnipeg. Greg has been in the field of economic development for over nine years, both within urban and rural context.
Greg has a master’s degree in City Planning from the University of Manitoba and Diploma in Economic Development from the University of Waterloo. Greg has been tasked with coordinating the development of strategic partnerships and alliances with communities and business sectors within the context of the Mid-Continent Trade Corridor. In addition, Greg manages aboriginal economic development initiatives, facilitates strategic planning efforts, is responsible for liaising between senior levels of government and the business community as well as identifying and coordinating economic development initiatives within the City of Winnipeg's various business sectors.
